Do we need to change how our accountant works?
No. Your accountant can keep using Tally. Map your accounts to your Tally ledgers once, then export entries in that format.
Can devotees get their 80G receipt on WhatsApp?
Yes. Receipts can be sent on WhatsApp and email as soon as the donation is recorded.
Can we limit what each staff member sees?
Yes. Access is set by role, and a person can be limited to the donation and expense heads they handle.
Can we bring our existing records?
Yes. Donation records can be imported, so you do not start from an empty register.
Do you store card details?
No. Online payments go through payment gateways, and we do not store credit card or debit card details.
Does it work for a gaushala, dharmshala or NGO?
Yes. There are modules for pashu records, dharmshala rooms and bookings, and NGO case management.
